What we are doing to help keep our customers and staff safe and well
- Please be assured that we are reviewing and following Government guidelines daily and doing all we can to safely provide our usual level of service
- We have split our teams into different offices and homeworking to reduce opportunities for transmission
- We have opened an additional showroom so customers have more space to browse
- All our staff are committed to maintaining frequent and thorough hand hygiene in line with the guidelines
- Both showrooms have handwashing facilities for customers and staff
- We will be keeping 2 metres away from each other and customers at all times to reduce the risk of any transmission. This includes respectfully declining to shake hands
- We have a regular schedule to clean and sanitise all frequently touched surfaces at least every 2 hours
What we ask of our customers
- Please follow the COVID-19 guidelines
- If you have symptoms, no matter how mild, we ask that you kindly refrain from entering our premises
